The Research Of Distribution And Spatial Layout Of Southern Shaanxi Mountainous Villages

By fully analyzing the present situation of southern Shaanxi mountainous villages and the layout of established various villages, this paper further explores the existing issues and causing mechanism of the planning of southern Shaanxi mountainous villages, on the ground of which, it refers to the theories and practice home and abroad, organizing the planning system of villages, attempting to formulate a set of scientific planning content and criteria, in expectation to guide the construction of southern Shaanxi mountainous villages.Southern Shaanxi mountainous villages have long been deficient in planning and construction and short of land resources, which results in its unchanging habitat environment. With China's increasing importance attached to rural areas, under the City Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, the related departments of Shaanxi province conduct planning in different focues, which attained some achievements, but as a matter of fact, contributes little to solving the practical issues. The deep reasons lie in our lack of integrated reference standard (establishment index, index system and relevant management and assurance of land use and planning), which leads to the planning lacking of connection between superordination and subordination, making it difficult to implement and guide the practical construction. As a fact of this, on the basis of related theories and empirical research, this paper investigates the improvement of urban and rural planning system on the aspect of rural planning, purposing a system of rural planning conception and deeply analyzing the related issues.On account of this, this paper probes into the approaches to the planning of southern Shaanxi mountainous villages from the aspects of "distribution layout" and "spatial layout" (Because of limited scope of village, the master plan and detailed plan should be combined.) I, as the present writer, am of the opinion that village planning is a system engineering, covering the field of economy, society, environment. The paper, in combination of existing defects and disadvantages, indicates the focuses of different planning ranks, clarifying the solving strategy, to guide the comprehensive development of the villages.The First Rank-----Distribution Layout Research.
