Recently, there have been great development in information and communication technology and there are more and more people who have paid attention to the high-frequency magnetic materials in microwave applications. In such high-frequency applications, there exit a Snoek's limit for conventional microwave materials. The conventional microwave materials always have a high resonance frequency while have a low initial permeabilityμi due to the Snoek's limit. Due to the bianisotropy picture, both high resonance frequency and high initial permeability can be obtained when the materials have an easy plane. For thin soft magnetic film case, bianisotropy can be obtained only if the magnetic moment lie in the film plane and an in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy is induced. Microwave materials with bianisotropy are the most promising in obtaining high permeability and high resonance frequency since the product of permeability and resonance frequency can be much larger than the Snoek's limit.FeCo and FeNi alloy is a kind of the most important magnetic materials due to its high saturation magnetization, high Curie temperature, high magnetic permeability and low coercive. Generally, soft magnetic films are obtained through methods like molecular beam epitaxy, sputtering, thermal evaporation, electroless plating, electrodeposition and so on. Among them, electrodeposition technique is now emerging as an important method because of its low cost, high deposition rate and easy process control. In this paper, we successfully fabricate FeCo and FeNi alloys thin film using electrodeposition methods. Then the magnetic properties, structure and morphology of the samples have been studied by means of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD),and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The main contents of this paper have been listed below:(1) By controlling the current density, temperature, pH, film thickness and duty cycle. we find how these parameters affect the static and high-frequency magnetic properties of Co-Fe alloy films.(2) The effect of magnetic field on the induction of in-plane uniaxial anisotropy was studied. Abnormal codeposition was found during the electrodeposition of FeNi fillm.
