With the power electronics, microprocessor technology and the AC motor vector control theory put forward, making the development of inverter technology is great. Moreover, in recent years, fuzzy control theory also has great development, the fuzzy control theory applied to the vector control theory, motor speed can further improve the static and dynamic performance. This paper studies the three-phase AC induction motor vector control system of induction motor vector control system of the current decoupling model is analyzed, the traditional PID controller to improve the speed and design of fuzzy adaptive PID controller, and established a high-performance digital signal processor for the hardware and software platform TMS320LF2407A induction motor vector control system. The main contents of this paper is divided into three parts:First, the introduction of the inverter technology overview and Intelligent Control Theory in AC speed adjustment system application, a detailed analysis of the induction motor's mathematical model. In this paper, the current model flux observer method to determine the rotor flux position, through the three-phase static coordinates to the two-phase rotating coordinate transformation, the decomposition of the excitation current in the stator current components and torque current component. Respectively on the two current PI regulator to regulate weight.secondly, introduced adaptive fuzzy PID control theory, in the original induction motor vector control system based on the speed of traditional fuzzy adaptive PID controller PID controller is converted to. Using Matlab/Simulink, a simulation model, the simulation results demonstrate the fuzzy adaptive PID control with reduced speed overshoot, increase the advantages of steady-state accuracy.Thirdly, introducing the system of hardware and associated control program design. Hardware includes the main circuit, control circuit, detection unit, protection circuits, auxiliary power supply circuits. Software, which consists of the main program, PWM interrupt service routine., fault protection software interrupt service and anti-jamming protection procedures and other components.Finally, this article summarizes the work done, and made the analysis of future research and prospects.
