In recent years,China's railway developed by leaps and bounds.Railway institutes improve the efficiency of the survey and design constantly, and must ensure the design quality at the same time.The application of optimization technique is an important mean to obtain good economic and social benefits, also is an important part of railway computer aided design system.It have an mportant meaning in improving the efficiency and quality.The advantage of using the theory in solving practical engineering problems has emerged gradually with the continuous development and perfect of satisfaction optimization theory. This paper proposes an optimization method of railway line plane design which based on satisfactory optimization.Then use the satisfactory standard stipulated convergence of algorithm to get the solution of the mathematical model which based on satisfactory degree. At last, we use an example to verify this method is effective and feasible.This system developed under the operation system named Windows XP, using object-oriented method for system development. Its developing flat roof is VisualC++6.0.Its graphs-supported environment is AutoCAD 2002, its database-supported environment is Microsoft Access 2003.The programming language is ObjectARX 2002.This optimization method is an important part of the railway survey design CAD system. The railway location CAD system concerning the plane section design based on satisfactory optimization succeeds in the connection to the engineering database,and having the whole function,including project management,design,edition,and modification,and standard output of design result.At last, we use an example to verify railway plane section optimization method which based on satisfactory degree is effective and feasible.
