The devices of the main driver system in subway mainly consist of traction inverter,driver equipment with micro-computer control and traction motor. The project meaning localization of device for main driver system is huge, not only can reduce the investment of main drive system, but is useful for carrying out the goal of assure the localization ratio of total railway vehicle and machine-electric device not below 70%. localization of device for main driver system can also accelerate the process of localization of device in metro, boost the development of subway industry too.In this paper,the asynchronous motor direct torque control method of the principle of exchange of the analysis of mathematical model of asynchronous motor based on the detailed voltage space vector, flux linkage and torque, such as the direct control of direct torque control of he basic theory, introduction the structure of the whole system framework, and finally give the stator flux running between the judge and select the section voltage and inverter switching table.The hardware and control programs are designed based on the DSP TMS320LF2407A. Through the MATLAB/SIMULINK control system for the entire simulation, the parameters of the system simulation results, simulation results from the point of view, so that the stator flux trajectory into a circular, stator current, flux changes in a smooth waveform, in order to better control motor, direct torque control system of flux and torque hysteresis controller regulating the use of control, speed controller using the PI regulator to achieve a good speed results.Working principle, technical parameters, configurations and functions of relative devices of the traction inverter for the vehicle of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 are set forth. The operations show that the inverter is stable, reliable and excellent in performances.:The basic principle of Direct Torque Control (DTC) and the control strategy of asynchronous motor for all speed range are deduced. A scheme of DTC of asynchronous motor is given in Guangzhou Metro Line 1 vehicles nation-invented VVVF inverter system. Good result of that control of asynchronous motor is found in the nation-invented VVVF inverter, and perfect matching is found for located VVVF inverter system and original system.
