| In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, the use of concrete admixtures are increasingly being used. Water-reducing agent was one of the most important concrete admixtures. Its main effect is to reduce the unit water consumption of concrete, increase strength, but also help to improve the durability, make it easy-to-mix; concrete performance's improving play an important role in increasing the level of building. Therefore, the synthesis and properties are increasingly of concern.Water reduceunder goes through three stages of development, from the very beginning of the lignosulphonate-Based Plasticizer to the naphthalene-Based superplasticizer, is now developing the third generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the new water-reducing agent is greatly improved than the two generations, and also realize the molecular design which lays an important theoretical basis, it is divided into two polyether and polyester type.Currently, there are still many problems need to be solved. Especially there are not related systemic comparative study in the polyester type and polyether type of the third generation of super-carboxylic-acid-water-reducer. Otherwise, it is no deep study on the synthesis, properties. So, the paper carried out research in three ways, as follows:The first, this article synthesis the polyester and polyether superplasticizers and optimize the reaction conditions, and use GPC and etc. characterized the water-reducing agent. And the polyether and polyester water reducing agent was tested and analyzed, and the pre-treatment of water-reducing agent was improved.The second, this article synthesis a kind of new water reducer by choosing a different different molecular polyether as a side chain and characterizate it. we synthesized the water reducer has the higher water-reducing effect than the traditional one with the single side chain.The third, this article synthesis allyl polyethylene glycol ether in high temperature and pressure and characterizate it. Use it to synthesis polyether type superplasticizer and it keeps a very good water cut effect in the tests. |
