ABSTRACT:This paper did preliminary study on Energy-Saving and Seismic Integrated technology on country buildings, and focused on energy-saving system of Country Buildings that favorable for seismic. We did field research of country buildings in several provinces and regions all over the nation, made practical inquiry into the status of energy-saving and seismic of country buildings, recorded lots of valuable data. All this work laid a solid foundation for the theory of Energy-Saving and Seismic Integrated and the study of its application. We classified Energy-Saving and Seismic Integrated technology that favorable for seismic and have a good effect on energy-saving from the angle of materials and structure integrated system. We did seismic strengthening and energy saving modification for some typical country buildings selected from Beijing area. My paper will describe the process of the modification, and relate the detection we did to the building envelope before and after the seismic strengthening and energy saving modification, mainly do field test on thermodynamic performance of building envelope of wall and window, and do specific test on heat transfer coefficient of wall and leakproofness of window. We analysis energy consumption simulation of light steel structure seismic-energy saving system and in the same place we choose a same house (such as sunshine and climate parameters) to make a comparison simulation analysis, and envelop of this comparison building according to local dwellings houses practice common practices, and other public and the energy consumption of the relevant information and practical engineering, energy consumption relevant information of practical engineering and other public common practice are the same. By contrast can see light steel seismic energy saving system of heat consumption index is far less than the local normal brick masonry buildings, its energy efficiency reached nearly 58%, energy-saving effect more apparent. This calls for civil construction workers in rural building more concerned about the earthquake and energy-saving on country buildings.
