The Link Design--Study On The Form And The Design Of Building-to-Building Connectivity

This paper studies on the form of Building-to-Building connectivity, proposed the concept of "Building-Link". As a Contradictions complex contacting new and old buildings, It shows the apparent shape of composite characteristics. This paper analyzes the typical cases targeted, summarized the morphological characteristics and design method, and propose a design patterns to Resolve conflicts of "Building-Link".By studying the theories on building typology, construction morphology, urban and architectural, context of architecture and regional culture, the study firstly analysis building form and architectural regeneration groups, then leads to study "Building-Link", summarizes the type of design.
