The solar pond is a good collector device which can store thermal for a long term. At present, the theory and experimental study about salt gradient solar pond is more mature. In view of some deficiencies in the solar pond operation, some countries have launched many kinds of new type solar pond. In order to improve the efficiency of the solar pond, this paper proposes to use the solar collector to assisted heat solar pond, which can increase the heating quality and quantity of solar pond.This paper uses all-glass vacuum tube solar collectors, and combines solar collector and solar pond, which can express advantages of the solar pond's long-term thermal storage and solar collector's high collector efficiency. This paper establishes one-dimensional finite difference model of solar pond with solar collector. This article simulates temperature change of 300m2 solar ponds with 100 m2 solar collectors under various conditions. Under 30 W/m2 heating extraction, the LCZ temperature of solar pond with solar collector is more than solar pond without solar collector, and the max-temperature above 50℃. It proves that solar pond has a good thermal performance, but collecting solar radiation only by solar pond can't make full use of heating storage of solar pond. This paper analyses the effects of the NCZ thickness on thermal properties of the solar pond. The result shows that the NCZ thickness of solar pond with solar collector is more than solar pond without solar collector under the best effect. To compare two kinds of thermal efficiency of solar pond shows that thermal efficiency of solar pond with solar collector is 3.7 times of solar pond without solar collector.This paper leads into and analyzes solar pond energy occupies land rate. The result shows that energy occupies land rate of solar pond with solar collector is 2.78 times of solar pond without solar collector. And comparing with solar water heater, demonstrate the highlights the superiority of solar pond with solar collector.
