The Safety Management Method And Practice Of Electric Power Construction

With the development of our national economy, the electric power industry has been improved with it. Meanwhile, a lot of electric power projects are constructing, and their management level has been improved rapidly. But it can be known from the total situation of electric power construction projects, the safety management is still a serious problem. So, how to solve it efficiently and improve the management level is just a very important problem.The paper describes the present state about electric power construction in our country through analysis of electric power projects'real states and many literatures. Then, some problems of safety management in electric power can be found by concluding these literatures. All safety problems in electric power construction projects are divided into ten categories together with the characteristics of electric power construction projects; and the ten categories safety problems are described by eighty one phenomena. At last, the paper ideal and method are proved by a real engineering example, and a nice result is obtained.
