This paper discusses the seasonal fluctuations which have the influence on the container liner. And the factors are linked with the route design so that it can establish a route-based optimization model for seasonal fluctuations, thus making the design of the route affiliated port selection, anchored the order of arrangement, space allocation, ship selection and a series of programs. And this paper proves the feasibility and superiority of this model through the case.Container liner shipping market as an important part, due to many factors, the freight demand and freight rates will have a certain seasonal fluctuations, if those issues of the route design are not properly handled, it will cause increasing the cost, fling the goods, reducing income and so on. Joining the season fluctuation factor in the route design can be able to avoid this question well, thus causing the route design even more to tally with the actual situation. In addition, improving the objective function in the route which will ask formerly the gross profit to become asking the delivery document cabin income, this has manifested the enterprise to the cost use efficiency, thus obtains the unit cost to obtain the maximum gain. Not only such improvement enables enterprise's effective capital to obtain a better use, moreover may enable ships'seat on a ship to obtain the most superior allocate decision, saved by the nonessential cost which hollow box transports produces.This research discusses the container liner trade's characteristic with emphasis, introduces the concept of season fluctuation, carries on the principal components analysis through the SPSS statistics software to the season fluctuation's influencing factors, obtains the influence season fluctuation the primary factors to have the obvious timeliness, so that this explains that is called the season fluctuation the freight transportation demand and the transportation charges fluctuation to tally with the reality. Then the paper uses 0-1 integer programming, the TSP way choice theory, the nonlinear programming and a series of mathematical theory to join the season fluctuation the route to optimize the question to carry on the modeling. Taking the single cabin maximum gain as the target value solution is this research major characteristic. In the model solution, this article uses the genetic algorithm to calculate the route design question by mathematics software, containing the choice of accommodates alongside harbor, the plans of accommodates alongside harbor, space assignment, body form and fleet scale. Finally, through the digital experiment, applying this method on our country coast and major port composition route of Southeast Asia and carrying on the route optimization design can prove this research to have the very good application value.
