Taking the single cabin maximum gain as the target value solution is this research major characteristic. In the model solution, this article uses the genetic algorithm to calculate the route design question by mathematics software, containing the choice of accommodates alongside harbor, the plans of accommodates alongside harbor, space assignment, body form and fleet scale. Finally, through the digital experiment, applying this method on our country coast and major port composition route of Southeast Asia and carrying on the route optimization design can prove this research to have the very good application value.
