The Remote Control System Of BLDCM Based On GPRS

The BLDCM has many advantages,such as simple structure,reliable running,and maintanence convenience.It also has the characteristics which DC motor has,such as high operating efficiency,less excitation loss,and excellent drive performance. Therefore,since it was invented.it developed very fast and was popularized by people. At present,the BLDCM is used widely in various fields,sueh as number control machine tools,robotics,instruments.vehicles,computer periphery equipments,and so on. The BLDCM is on the research conducted in the context of oil field.Oilfield Plant has mang characteristics.For eg.Environment is bad.People is lack and it is not conducive to wiring occasions.Also.because motor is placed outside, decorated high cost of connectivity wired Internet and governed by the external environment more,and needs to spend a lot of manpower and resources.Therefore, wireless Internet access using GPRS instead of wired surveillance to monitor the way as feasible.This paper introduces BLDCM of the basic working principle,operating characteristics,and analysis of mathematical BLDCM PWM modulation detailedly.Then the paper introduced the monitoring system design program.Currently,in the field of motor controlling,the preferred chip is DSP.The system uses Tl company dedicated to the motion control system for the motor control chip-DSP TMS320F2812, and preliminary designed a BLDCM speed control system.The system has realized real-time control of brushless DC motor,and has good speed performance.Further,the system has innovative ly used ARM9 as based controllers,embedded Linux operating system to meet the requirements of the factoryon,for eg.controller's size,power consumption,and real time requirements.So we formed the control system based ARM+DSP controller.ARM's role is to achieve control of the entire system, including the Linux operating system,monitor the operation and historical data storage.DSP is responsible for controlling brushless DC motor start,stop,reset,set the parameters such as speed.Finally,on the basis of the above we realized the wireless network control system of BLDCM based on GPRS.It provides a new,viable option in remote controling for medium and large industrial factory.Experiments demonstrate that the control systems is good,stable,reliable,easy operation,and friendly opratated.
