Rolling bearing is the key equipment for large rotating machinery. It is an efficient way to monitoring the rotating machinery bearing in order to ensure the safe operation of the machine and avoid fatal accident. Advanced bearing vibration monitoring and analysis technology can not only ensure equipment to run safely and efficiently but also avoid huge economic losses and catastrophic accidents. In the current industrial development, the bearing vibration signal monitoring becomes an important research topic.MCU is the core of the current processing system for the rolling bearing vibration monitoring in china, the data processing ability of which is limited. The DSP of the digital system is applied in real-time monitoring of rolling bearings, which is accurate and fast and suit for the rolling bearing monitoring system.The bearing monitoring is main object in this research and the main works are as follows:1. The measurement, processing and spectrum analysis of bearing vibration signals are in-depth study.2. The hardware circuits of analog signal conditioning, A/D conversion, digital signal processing (DSP) are designed. The input signal is processed by Analog signal conditioning circuit in order to achieve ADC sampling requirements; the data is processed and uploaded to the host PC via CAN bus in real-time by the core of the system components - DSP.3. The software modules are designed according to characteristics of the rolling bearing monitoring system and Hilbert Transform algorithms of signal processing are studied based on DSP.4. The design of the high-speed processing system and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) are in-depth research.The bearing monitoring system is checked to set standard according to the test prototype. The relative error of the bearing monitoring system is 0.275% after calibration, which meets the system requirements.
