| Rolling bearing is one of the key components in rotating machinery,and its health usually directly affects the normal operation of mechanical equipment.About 30%of rotating machinery faults are caused by different degrees of damage of rolling bearings,so it is of great significance to analyze the faults of rolling bearings.In addition,the rapid development of virtual instruments in recent years has greatly promoted the development of many technical fields.Therefore,in the field of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis,the application of virtual instrument technology has far-reaching significance.In this paper,based on the virtual instrument development environment,taking rolling bearings as the test object,the vibration signal acquisition and analysis system for rolling bearings is studied.Firstly,the hardware experiment platform is built,and the Lab VIEW software of National Instruments(NI)is used as the development platform to develop the system program.The system is mainly composed of four modules:signal acquisition,signal processing,fault diagnosis and auxiliary functions.It can realize the functions of field signal acquisition,on-line analysis and equipment running status diagnosis.The fault diagnosis module of this system is based on the previous research foundation of our group.The Kernel Joint Approximate Diagonalization of Eigen-matrices(KJADE)and Step-Varying Vibrational Resonance(SVVR)algorithm are integrated into the system,and the fault analysis of rolling bearing vibration signals is carried out.KJADE maps the input data X nonlinearly to the high-dimensional feature space F based on the kernel technique,and constructs the optimal classification plane in F,so as to obtain the non-linear structure of the data,which has good characteristics of low-dimensional non-linear feature fusion.The essence of SVVR algorithm is that a small periodic force can not make the particles jump between potential wells.When an appropriate high frequency signal is given,the perturbation between the small periodic force and the small periodic force makes the particles jump between potential wells,so that the energy begins to transfer and the target signal can be enhanced.The vibration and noise acquisition and analysis system based on LabVIEW is designed with modularization.It has the advantages of short development cycle,low development cost,strong stability and easy expansion of functions.It also makes the human-computer interaction interface very friendly,easy to operate and concise.The system can realize vibration signal acquisition and fault analysis of rolling bearing,and has high practical application value. |
