Rearch On One Type Of New Core Shutter BOP

After analyzing the status of rearch and application on the snubbing units and equippments around the world & in the homeland ,the author disclosed the basic working principle and sealing mechanism theory on the different type of BOPS.To the special traits on the snubbing unit of the water injection with high pressure where located in the ShengLi oil field ,a new working principles on the snbbing units is found and a set of new type of controllable core shuttee blowout preventer (BOP) equipment is designed.A new type of the BOP and sealing equipments are adopted on the system,the core of the system is the controllable flexibile core shutter,and the subsystems of the pipe couple detectors and the controllable pressure banlance valve are assisted on the main system.The system's working principles is that the pipe couple is taken out of the well between the two shutter BOPS by turns according to the information sending by the pipe couple detectors. Some related theories are used in the designing process of the sealing shutter polymer core which is the critical components in the BOPS, the author chooseing the main parameters and optimizing the structure of the core .The new design are proved that can decrease the shutter polymer core's strike and prolong its lifetime.The controllable & flexibile rubber cores are drived by the hydraulic jar which is controlled by the electric-hydro control system.Through analylizing the structure of the drive systems by theories,guide the transmission fuction of the drive system,also established the system's simulate model and analylizing the model through the MATLAB software,the results make sure that the drive system's characteristics meet the design's requirements.In the final, the author designed a set of equipments and principles by which can be used on testing the subsystems of the main system.The test results proved that the controllable core shutter BOP can meet the requirements of none-press-well pratice in the ShengLi oil field.
