The cardiovascular disease has become a threat to human health and one of the deadly killer. The healthy living donor transplantation is an effective treatment of heart, but the living heart for transplantation is the lack of. So, the heart assist device ill become the bearer of new methods of treatment. A variety of blood pumps are widely used in supporting or replace the natural heart. In the system of traditional blood pump, almost all the blood pumps let the whole motor to transplant to the human body and supply through canal or store energy in the body, which are not fit for long use because they will bring many problems such as infection.In the paper, the blood pump motor is driven on outside of body. Not only do the kind of blood pump provide an effective solution to pump blood about the shortcomings of energy supply system, but also avoid many problem which the traditional blood pump can not overcome the difficulties of engineering and medicine such as leakage, rejection and infection in body.In this paper, it analysis that the principle of the blood pump motor driven on outside of body rotating magnetic field's generation. Using ANSYS software to establish the space electric pump model of magnetic field, and simulating. It calculate torque of the motor when the motor have the different stator current with virtual work method. And establishing the mathematical model of blood pump after study on the input and output power balance principle. Because the blood pump motor driven on outside of body have special structure and its work environment is very complex, Through the fuzzy control method which do not rely on accurate mathematical model and have a strong adaptive for changes in process parameters, it design the control system of blood pump motor based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and use MATLAB software to prove the control system of the blood pump motor driven on outside of body.
