This article tried to explore the characteristic construction External Environment of villa through literature review, field surveys, case analysis and other methods, combining with Chengdu Zhongliang Yulingwan villa area planning and design examples.Firstly, this paper elaborated the specificity of the Characteristic construction External Environment of villa based on the theory and practice course of development of villa area.
