Induction heating technology in the field of industrial heating has been widely used, compare with the traditional type of heating as resistance heating, flame heating, the efficiency of heating has already rise a high quantity, it has done large contribute for improvement on traditional technology, renewal traditional industries equipment, energy conservation, decrease greenhouse gases release. But, to the induction heating itself, his heating efficiency has a bigger space to exalt. When the induction heating equipment heat to the ferrous material, the capacity factor of equipment will dramatic decline a great many when the heating temperature exceed the curie point. There is a extensive research foreground on how to accuracy control power output and rational optimize parameter of equipment, to effectively exaltation power factor and heating efficiency.Because of induction heating process is a complex non-linear electricity, magnetism, hot much physical field coupling process, the induction heating finite element modeling and parameter optimization is a bottleneck to persecute induction heating accuracy control. Currently, physical field coupling analyses has become an importance problem which countercheck interdisciplinary and fusion investigation. Coupled analysis has become a cross-stop multidisciplinary integration of the important issues. In the field of simulation, simulation has become a coupling of topics at the forefront of the field. And the establishment of induction heating coupled simulation of this platform to become one of the main tasks.Based on the COMSOL coupled analysis software applications based on partial differential equations its core algorithm, the introduction of 42CrMo steel relative magnetic conductivity, resistivity, thermal conductivity and heat capacity of the time-varying function, induction heating with the establishment of a mathematical model of induction 42CrMo heating analysis platform. At the existing industries application, it has been used to indirect control of power output for induction heating by the direct control mode of the run-on time,or completeness by labour's empirical gap heat time control mode. Established comparison group which is equifinality full power and equifinality half power simulation and experimental comparison group, and do analog computation and verification experiment at analyses platform and 60KVA supersonic frequency induction heating equipment, the verification experiment has proved the viability of variable power induction heating power output and the effectiveness of increase power factor.
