The fixed orifice as a pressure regulating device in the force feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve has a role in improving the performance of servo valve, not to be ignored. The working principle is that the fluid through the fixed orifice, some of the pressure energy transformed into the kinetic energy, as a result, forms a pressure difference to achieve the purpose of reducing fluid pressure. The pressure difference of the force feedback servo valve through the fixed orifice is large, which generally can reach to more than 10 MPa. This article is based on the theory of the hydromechanics, the finite element analysis method and the similar model experimental; the research method combines computer simulation, theoretical analysis with model PIV test. We put forward optimization parameters of the structure.(1)Consult large numbers of correlative literature, Analyze the research status of the orifice and the jet nozzle, and put forward the research significance of this topic and the main research contents.(2)Base the mathematical model of flow field analysis; build geometric model of the fixed orifice with the different parameters combinations through gambit, import geometric model into the Fluent. Compare analysis of calculation results, find out the optimum combination of structural parameters and calculate the flow coefficient.(3)Building the Similar model, through theoretical analysis of similar model experiments, build electro-hydraulic servo 3-D model by PRO/E, and import this model into the Fluent for the theoretical validation. Then analyze its feasibility of the result and obtained the similarity models feasibility.(4)Design and machine the model, and then assemble the experiments model. Choose the experiment assists, and complete the test-bed structures. (5)Through the PIV experiments, obtain the characteristic parameters, and compare the simulation results to verify the correctness of simulation results.
