Based on the mechanisms of micro-fluidics and micro- heat transfer theories, liquid film flow and heat transfer model of spray cooling was established, investigations on flowing speciality and heat transfer speciality of liquid film by theoretical analysis and derivation.By separation of variables, considering the pressure compatibility, the slippage of velocity, the cut-off of the flow field, and other boundary conditions, the continuity equation and momentum equation were solved, the velocity and the pressure expressions were obtained, and the equation by which the thickness of liquid film could be solved was also obtained.Based on the velocity and pressure obtained, by separation of variables, considering temperature jump, symmetry and the import and export temperature boundary conditions, the energy equation was solved, and the temperature and the local heat flux were gained. The expressions of over-all heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer rate were given.Using water as refrigerant, the flow field, temperature field and local heat flux were calculated and simulated. It was shown that the flow field of spray cooling was reasonable, the thickness of liquid film calculated was several hundred microns, coinciding with the experimental results of other researchers. The temperature field and local heat flux calculated were also correct and reasonable.
