An ejection system is an important part of a weapon system. The modeling and dynamic simulation for the ejection system are analyzed using virtual prototyping technology.Firstly, the background is elaborated, the work plan is proven to be feasible by emulating and validating two classical examples (the slider-crank mechanism and the pneumatic transmission) partly similar to the ejection system. Secondly, a mathematical model of pneumatic drive module is built, and three dimension models of parts of the ejecting device are built, then the dynamic models of the ejecting device is created by importing models to ADAMS from SolidWorks in Parasolid format. Finally,the actuator output force is calculated by simulating the actuation pressure ejection system module,and load it on the ejection to build the entire virtual prototype of the ejection system, and simulate it, then the dynamics of the ejection system is analyzed. The influence on dynamic performance of the ejection system of the different physical parameter is researched. The dissertation provides consultation for design of ejection system.
