Ocean is rich in natural resources, including marine living, mineral resources and energy. China also has abundant marine resources, such as crude oil, natural gas, mineral resources, and a large number of natural gas hydrate resources. However, the conditions of the marine environment are very harsh, therefore, whether the scientific exploration of the oceans, or the exploitation of seabed mineral resources, it is necessary to have modern underwater technology. Researching and developing a variety of underwater devices have extremely important significance. Underwater equipment, especially the truth-preserving sampling equipment used under deep-sea, requires very strict requirements for the sealing structure, then the sealing structure of the study of the truth-preserving sampling equipment becomes a top priority.In this thesis, the sealing and the driven characteristics of the two kinds of sealing structure used in deep-sea sampler - ball valve and cover valve were analyzed, and studied the pressure compensation system for the truth-preserving sampling equipment used under deep-sea and did the experimentation.The full thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter I describes the background of the topic, namely, the development of deep-sea sampling equipment status and the application in its overview of the structure on the seal, and explained the purpose of this research project as well as the main research contents and significance.Chapter II describes the sealing technology of the deep-sea high pressure ball valve. Studyed the overall structure of the ball valve, the sealing force between the valve ball and seat, ball diameter, the headstock torque, and designed cylinder piston. Finally, did the performance tests of the deep-sea high pressure ball valve.Chapter III describes the sealing technology of the deep-sea high pressure cover valve. Analyzed the characteristics of the volume compression of the rubber O-ring used in the deep-sea high pressure environment with the methods of the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis and the compression test using the electronic universal testing machine respectively. The design of the deep-sea high pressure cover valve was optimized. A method of prediction the volume compression ration of rubber O-ring more accurately was proposed.Chapter IV describes the study on pressure compensation technology which is widely used in accumulator pressure compensation. Combination of deep-sea sampling equipment, packing cylinder from the working volume of in situ point to the sea-level changes in the application reached the accumulator and the application of the necessity to get involved in the accumulator pressure compensation capacity calculation, and pressure compensation for the research and theoretical analysis of the situation, deep-sea sampling equipment packing cylinder and accumulator was studied.Chapter V describes the application of this thesis studied the structure of the national 863 Project Seal - "near the bottom of deep-sea biological larvae look directly at high-fidelity sampling technology" deep-sea sampling device equipped with "Ocean One" scientific research vessel in June 2009 sea trial in the South China Sea situation.Chapter VI summarized and presented the work need to be carried out in the future.
