With the widespread use of pneumatic technology, a machine often requires a large number of solenoid valves, as each valve requires a separate connection cables and pipelines, so how to reduce the connection cables and pipelines becomes a problem can' t be ignored. The emergence of valve terminal radically simplifies the hardware structure of pneumatic system, and improves the system reliability, and improves the function of the system. However, in 20 years that valve terminal came, the domestic research for the valve terminal is very limited, while at the same time, valve terminal are increasingly being recognized by customers and get more and more market share. Therefore, the research of valve terminal technology has a positive significance and broad market prospects. This paper research on a compact valve terminal and design a new compact valve terminal.The whole thesis consists of the following chapters:The first chapter introduces the history and status quo of the development of valve terminal technology, and then introduced the current foreign products and the valves used in valve terminal. Finally, analysis the meaning of the research projects and propose the main research topics.Chapter 2 first determines the structure of the spool interference seal and discusses the choice of the magnitude of interference, in order to provide a basis for future processing. Then select the appropriate pilot valve for the piece of valves, avoiding the inconvenience of the design and processing of the pilot valve. Finally introduces the design process of the body, focusing on the implementation and importance of the air return, then detail the working principle of the valves by four representative functions.Chapter 3 first analyzes the factors of valve dynamic response, and then use AMESim established a generic model of air control compact valve terminal, and set the relevant parameters in accordance with the compact valve terminal in this thesis. Finally, simulation discussed the impact of valve response time by underlap, spool mass, spool friction, orifice and the diameter of gas circuit.Chapter 4 first test the starting pressure of valves, leakage of valve port, flow characteristic and response time, and then the experimental results are analyzed and compared.Chapter 5 summarizes the contents of the full text then prospects the follow-up research work.
