In the automatic control of modern factory, the control valve plays a very important role. Control valve in the supercritical thermal power generating units is very important. Both the medium flow control, pressure reduce or level control are realized by control valve. For control valves, in addition to the strength requirements to valve body, that the control valve has good regulating effect to the fluid flow, pressure and other parameters is also required.This article focuses on the technology plans, product performances and key technologies for the pneumatic control valve for supercritical thermal power unit. Apart from using the normal manual calculating methods to calculate the intensity, ANSYS, the finite element software is also used to analyze the stress, regulatory analysis, to ensure that the valve strength and conditioning properties meet the requirements of the use of supercritical thermal power unit.In order to ensure the performance of pneumatic control valve, first use the finite element software to build the simulation model. Next, under the working pressure and temperature, to simulate actual working conditions to analyze the strength and adjusting property, to ensure that the control valve performance meet the requirements of the unit.
