| Plunger Electromagnet is a kind of Electromagnet which is used the most extensive and yielded the greatest. Although its principium of work is relatively simple, but for the uneven distribution of the electromagnetic system and the temperature field as well as non-linear of magnetic materials, its structural design and suction calculation are very complex. So solving the problem of structural design and suction calculation has important meaning. In the design process of product, AUTOCAD as computer-aided design software is widely used to draw the product. So implementing data exchange between the CAD system and other design system has important meaning.According to the problem caused by data exchange between the optimum design system of plunger electromagnet volume and CAD system, researching DXF and designing parsing process of DXF file are used to read the structural dimensions in DXF.According to the problem caused by optimization design of electromagnet volume, Grid search is used to solve the problem. Volume of the electromagnet is used to make the objective function. By inducing formulae, optimization design of electromagnet volume is summed up searching the least value of objective function which is related to two variables under the condition of the constraints. As the type of objective function and constraint function are complex and the solution is high precision, so grid search method which is a kind of mathematical optimization method is used to optimize the structural dimensions of the electromagnet, so that the size of optimized electromagnet structure is not only satisfy the technical requirements, but also the optimal design criteria of the smallest volume.According to the problem caused by calculating electromagnetic, force finite element method is used to. The program of electromagnetic force calculate by APDL which is secondary development language of ANSYS being used to create the command stream file and VC++ being used to call the calculating program of ANSYS , input calculate parameter and the command stream file.According to the problem caused by data management for designing electromagnet, ACCESS database and ADO are used to add, modify, delete, and query the content of database, so that the related design data of electromagnet can be managed effectively.The practical application which is used to designing electromagnet with the optimum design system of plunger electromagnet volume is provided. It proved that the design system can exact read the structural dimensions of electromagnet in DXF, realize the processing of the smallest volume and high precision of suction checking. The optimum design system is feasible and effective. |
