People's health conscious has been improved continuously, they concern their health checking more and more. There are many physical health detections and treatment instruments on the market today, which can not be assisted by doctors, and these instruments continue to introduce different characteristics. The medical equipments which are potable and cheap are welcomed by hospital, especially in the favor of families. This paper proposed a kind of human pulse signal detection system on the basis of above characteristics.By researching and investigating in related fields, this paper designed a human pulse wireless detection system based on virtual instrument technology, single-chip acquisition and wireless transmission technology. First of all, it introduces the development of human pulse acquisition, and its scope of application and limitations, then describes every part of the system design in detail, including hardware and software.Pulse signal acquisition hardware used MSP430 single chip micro controller as controlling core, collects human pulse signals by piezoelectric material PVDF sensor, after filtering, A/D conversion, through the wireless transmission module, the signals are transferred into computer. This part of the research focuses on single-chip wireless transmission part of the hardware and software design, its transmission is reliable at a certain short distance. After the control center finished the collection and conversion, through controlling the single-chip radio frequency modules for timing control, to achieve the goal of wireless chip working at different modes, and eventually send the pulse signals by radio frequency. The PC software which receives signal through the receiver hardware to computer, used virtual instrument technology to program, and realizes the functions of real-time data collection, storage and waveform display. This paper denoises pulse signal by wavelet, achieves data denoising, and analyses signal by calling MATLAB on virtual instrument platform.The system is portable, low power consumption and low cost. This paper proposed a new idea about the pulse signal acquisition and analysis. It also has reference value in monitoring and analysis other kinds of biomedical signals, and provides a basis for further study in signal pulse diagnosis.
