Study On Design Of Shopping Mall Exterior Environment

As one kind of burgeoning commerce architecture,shopping mall not only take on the function of shopping,but also afford communal space providing a recreational, leisure and entertainment activities. Shopping mall is a communal space in a city,it takes a close relation to our life and its design is very important to the city's whole space frame. This thesis is focus on the design of shopping mall exterior environment.The first part is an all-around discussion on shoppping mall,which begin with the background of the study,the meaning of the study,the aim of the study and the development status interiorly and overseas;the second part of the study is the analysis of exterior environment,which based on city life. Through the study of customer's psychology, the mode of behavior,the quality of the exterior environment which is both social and economical, customer's psychology,the characteristic of behavior,the effect on exterior environment from of the quality can be concluded;the third part of the thesis makes focus on the type of exterior environment of shopping mall and the inscape of landscape design, conclude and analyse the basic three types: inside-street style,plaza style and park style,discuss the characteristic of inscape of horniness landscape and soft landscape;at the last part,through combining systemic theory analyze and some study of cases, summarize the point of exterior environment design,prospect the development trend of exterior environment of shopping mall. I hope this thesis can make good effect on the next study in exterior environment of shopping mall.Exterior environment of shopping center plays an important part in our city space and social life,this thesis particularly expound the shopping psychology, the mode of behavior,the property of environment,the inscape of landscape,the analyses of classify countermeasure,the discuss of trend,in order to make people attach importance to the exterior environment of shopping mall,enrich theoretics study,and be propitious to the practise of design.
