Abstract/Summary:
In the last few years, with the fast development of environmental protection all over the world, a new kind of road is developed for the exploitation of natural gas which is low exhaust, abundant and cheap. In addition to adopting single fuel motor vehicle and being more economic and quickly to refit launch fuel into natural gas. It will produce tremendous economic performance and social performance.Based on the analysis of the main function parameter of the natural gas and experimental comparison of Lorry Model CA1091 and XiaLi Model TJ7101 which are required with double fuel-natural gas and petrol according to the plateau area characteristics of Xining City and the foundation of a great deal of domestic and international cultural heritage data, the thesis studies motor vehicles' power, fuel benefit and environmental protection on double fuel motor vehicles which uses petrol and natural gas in the plateau area, analyses performance on the application of the natural gas in the city transportation and puts forward a series of suggestion and tentative idea on CNG cars' comprehensive exploitation in the plateau region.Study indications:1. CNG car, using gas instead of oil, which tail spirit exhaust medium CO content only has 3% of the same kind gasoline machine; the HC content only has 28% of the same kind gasoline machine; the carbon dioxide reduces 28%.2. Vehicles, after CNG reforming, don't influence original usage function, the fuel consumes only 50%-60% of the same kind gasoline machine, power descending doesn't influence car of normal usage.
