| The technology of automatic transmission has been mainly used in the files of automobile industry and then military automobile. The technology has been improving gradually. Comparatively speaking, the technology of automatic shift applying for engineering vehicles existed hysteresis. In the field of engineering vehicles at home, especially, there are few factories can make the automatic transmissions with the knowledge of themselves. Most of the factories are researching and developing independentlyThe purple of research is to developing a kind of automatic transmission for the LG50 loaders. We did many researches seriously in the scene. After deeply understanding the development status and working characteristics of the engineering vehicles, and I studying the structures and principles of all kinds of the automatic transmissions, we designed a control system of automatic shifting which meeting the working request of the LG50 loaders on based of the technology for CAN bus communication. Firstly, according to the Development trends of transmission system, the engineering vehicles required to achieve the higher steps of intelligence. So, we choose the CAN bus to communicating. We can get more complex functions during the limited space in the vehicles. Based on that, we have a schematic diagram of the LG50 loaders' automatic transmission. It is composed of hydraulic torque converter, gear transmission and electronic control unit(ECU). Based on comprehensive analysis of the structures, working principles, characteristic parameters and external characteristics of the hydraulic torque converter, we choose a kind of hydraulic torque converter with tow turbines which can electrodeless discharge between two gears following the selection principle of the hydraulic torque converter. According to the 50 loader's request of gears, we used planetary gear transmission. And then, we calculated transmission ratio of every gears. According to the request of power performance, wo made a piece of the best shifting law. At last, we designed the hardware and the software.This transmission is one kind of Automated Mechanical Transmissions (AMT). It has perfect function and adaptation to reduce the operation of choosing and discharging gears and the workload of drivers. It can also make up the drivers'technology difference. So, we can get more benefits and production efficiencies. |
