Based on the analysis of hydraulic impactor at home and abroad, this thesis breakthrough the tradition frame of impactor, led to an innovative pressure feedback nitrogen inflating automatic control hydraulic impactor. It solves the problem of the traditional hydraulic impactor that cannot adjust the impact energy and frequency independently and steplessly. And it could adjust automatically the impact energy and frequency to the physical characteristics of working medium. So the new kind of hydraulic impactor realized intelligence control and increased greatly the produce eficiency After establishing the nonlinear mathematical model of the impactor, a object-oriented simulation of the hydraulic impactor system has been conducted. A new type of hydraulic impactor's single-chip control system of hydraulic impactor was established at the same time using fuzzy control strategy to realize the impact of the output of hydraulic parameters of fuzzy control work. A prototype was made. This prototype shows that it can adjust hydraulic impactor's impact energy and impact frequency independent steplessly which proved the correctness of theoretical research in this article.
