| AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission) is reconstructed with a MCU-Controlled automatic actuator based on original mechanical transmission to implement the automatic shift. AMT technology is suitable for our country, and has an expansive market and development foreground. Shift schedule decides the time to shift and is the soul of the AMT. When the AMT is working, by comparing the states of the vehicle with the optimal shift schedule, the AMT decides the optimal shift time and shifts automatically. This will lessen the tiredness of the driver and improve the safety.Based on National Nature Science Fund (NNSF) Project"Fundamental research on Automated Mechanical Transmission Control System based on Person-Vehicle-Road Information Recognition", this thesis investigated AMT shift schedule and its adaptability, the content of which is as follows:1. Described the traditional shift schedule. Research was done on the principle and method of deriving best shift schedule in terms of the power and fuel economy. The current characteristics of intelligent shift schedule were also introduced.2. Designed the AMT data acquisition system, acquired the driving data of excellent drivers by the signal acquisition test in seven kinds of conditions, and analyzed the collected signals.3. ANN was introduced. The paper established the control model based on RBF network. The network was trained by the handy data. Chart of optimal shift procedure identification was set up. This paper also established AMT shift schedule self-adaptive control model. |
