As the economy booms in China these years, the living condition becomes better and better, more and more people focus on the environment protection.City high-rise buildings using automatic control in the central air-conditioning system can improve comfort index, energy conservation, management convenience. At present, central air-conditioning is used for the control of temperature and humidity. High-precision (high temperature request, high humidity request) air-conditioning system is a necessary condition for the modern high-rise buildings. Traditional control technology of air conditioning system is not sophisticated, it wastes a lot of energy, and can not meet people's needs.The thesis firstly studied the composition and principle of air-conditioning system, stick to high technological and economical, we choose the return air and rewater design to save energy.Next, after studied the mathematical model of the air-conditioning room, the characteristic of temperature sensor, transmitter, executor and controller, we design to choose different controller automatically when the air-conditioning system operating at different machine burden. After contrast the principle and object of the single loop controller and the multiloop controller, we choose the multiloop controller. According to the principle of building automation system (BAS) and the requirements of the demand-side, stick to the design standard, we begin our design of the air-conditioning. The design includes equipments choosing, monitory point setting of the Floor standing air-conditioning system, air feeder and exhauster system, ventilation system, refrigerator system, Water supply and drainage system, water charging system and HV transformer system, charting monitor unit block diagrams of the master control system and branch systems marking the quantity and the position of monitoring point.Finally, using ABB OperateIT SCADA Vision system to edit the functional module and download to ControlIT AC 800M controller. S800 I/O choose Profibus DP field bus communication, the central computer transmit operation order to AC 800M controller, or after the computation analysis, AC 800M controller transmits control command directly to the field apparatus, to implement air-conditioning automation. After software running and debugging, the software becoming better and perfect enough to meet the monitoring demand of air-conditioning system, and can coordinate with other constituents of the building automation system (BAS). Stick to the principle of sophistication, maturation, openness, standard and reliability, and considering the requirements and practicability of"San Yuan"buildings, we begin the engineering of weakly electric system, establishing the daily monitor and control, expressing web layout operator control and schedule control, digital recording the running states and process, to achieve convenience and energy conservation.
