| Soft clay is more widely distributed in the Dongying area, of which engineering property has been the high water content, low strength, large compression and low permeability and so on. Some researchers have been many areas study for soft clay engineering property. However, because of the regional limitation, it isn't suitable for engineering property of soft clay in the Dongying area. Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation is widely applied by soft ground improvement in the Dongying area. Because many uncertain factors are often existed in geotechnical engineering, the analysis method of reliability of Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation is still not perfect. Based on the background, engineering property of soft clay in the Dongying area and capacity reliability of Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation are studied systematically in this paper.Base on systematic and comprehensive investigation for soft clay in the Dongying area, the parameters analysis of physical and mechanical properties are taken by way of modern mathematical statistical analysis in detail. Meantime, the correlation of physical and mechanical properties is also studied, and correlation equation of parameters are obtained. Moreover, simulation results of correlation are explained in the view of clay mechanics.Single pile capacity is calculated by way of unconfined compressive strength of cement-clay in capacity reliability of Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation. Hansen formula is also applied for pile clay capacity. Meantime, capacity and limit state equation Of Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation can be established respectively by area ratio formula and direct analysis method. Finally, by the impact of capacity reliability of Dry Jet Mixing pile composite foundation, parameters of physical and mechanical properties are studied by way of practical engineering examples in the Dongying area.
