The Mianyan to Suining (of sichuang province) Expressway be proposed to construct by China Railway Erju Co.Ltd will across a large number of the red sandstone, which is a sort of soil, with the characteristics of weathered, water softening, strength of a sharp fall. Its nature of the engineering is poor, not as pavement structure material of Mian-Sui Expressway. If prepared to carry out the construction of the proposed pavement structure, Mian-Sui Expressway requires a large amount of gravel or other stone materials, as well as a large number of cement or lime and so on. The building will cost a lot, at the same time a large number of abandoned will also bring many adverse effects to the local environmental protection. However, being improved, whether the red sandstone can be as Mian-Sui Expressway Pavement materials is an urgent problem.Based on this, this paper combines red sandstone characteristics with the common destruction of domestic expressway to study the structural design of the road mechanical calculation. On the basis of completed test to improve red sandstone pavement performance with EN-1 soil agent, this pager treat the test data as the design parameters of the pavement structure to optimize the design of the road base layer, and different base layers than the composition of the election to determine the optimized parameters. Finally, for different vehicle load, this paper established simulation model of the proposed and the optimization to perform two-dimensional and three-dimensional static analysis, to evaluate the results and from an economic point of view of construction on the cheap to optimize the structural design of the purpose of the road.In this paper, two-dimensional and three-dimensional static analysis used BISAR procedure based on the theory of elastic layered system and ANSYS10.0 finite element analysis software perform calculating.
