The problem of wall scaling has been a bottleneck of the production of many fields,because it makes the industrial accidents frequently happen, causes enormous economic losses and environmental pollution. The solution of this problem becomes more important, while all over country advocating building the saving-type society and "energy-saving and ejection-decreasing".Being a newly arisen technique, because of environmental friendly, good performance,low cost, no corrosion,good quality,simplified device,easy to implement, automation, ultrasonic wall scaling preventing and removing technique is becoming a new technique which can solve the wall scaling effectively. In this paper, as well as the trial on the basis of the mechanism of the formation of scale and process analysis, testing the process of growth in the major scale of the impact of the three main factors: the solution temperature, solution in Ca2+ concentration and test piece Experimental study on the extent of rough, summed up the growth of scale and impact of laws on the scale factor of the influence of fouling rate. Followed by papers on the main principles of ultrasonic cleaning and air-based mathematical model theory and its theoretical analysis of the ultrasonic cleaning used in industrial enterprises in the feasibility and impact of the effect of ultrasonic cleaning of the main influencing factors: solution temperature, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic cleaning time, scale thickness and the concentration of Ca2+ solution. The impact of these factors and analysis of the pilot study, summed up the impact factor on the effect of ultrasonic scaling and their interaction between the rate of ultrasonic descaling. Based on the above theoretical and experimental results, this paper presents the scale ultrasound in addition to calcium for the operation of the program a reality.The application of wall scaling preventing and removing technique is still on initial stage,the work this paper makes a valuable research in this field, makes certain achievement, and could be guidance for future research and application.
