Research On The Economical Operation Of District Heating Network Of DengFeng

The central heating system of DengFeng was completed in 2007, replaceing of six scattered fuel boiler room and a scattered coal-fired boiler room, sixteen thermal station and 1,300,000 square meters heating area are added. The range of heating area includes of Ranghulu and Dengfeng, and the added base of the move-back user construction in DengFeng, the largest single area of single heat source is about 2,825,341 m~2. The heating system of DengFeng and the central heating system of second period in Hongwei can be run network operation, and form a multi-source heating system networking to enhance the security and reliability of heating systems. The way that indirect heating was used to the heating pipe net, the first return water temperature of a network of 115℃/65℃, the second network for backwater 80℃/60℃. In 2007-2008 heating scheduled time , the load of entire hot peak net and boiler room in Dengfeng is at once bigger, conditioning room is small and boiler combustion situation is not nice , has brought bigg damage for boiler. And for the large-scale new model DZL58-1.6/150/90-A II heat addition boiler, the running efficiency in entire operation is deficient.In this paper, basing on the analysis of the DengFeng new central heating system, we focused on coal-fired boiler room DengFeng heat study of the economic operation. The load and the characteristics of the equipment and energy saving potential for the region of DengFeng Daqing oil field new central heating system heat - Dengfeng coal-fired power plant boiler room and the central heating system of Second Power Plant were analyzed. DengFeng region is given a single network of central heating system operation and regulation of network parameters to run, and run the economy are analyzed. The laboratory coal quality, monitoring air ratio, ash carbon content, such as an integrated approach to enhance the efficiency of the boiler was made.
