Winter heating in northern China is one of the most important carbon sources of building carbon emissions,and with the continuous expansion of heating area,the demand for energy conservation and carbon reduction of heating systems is urgent.At present,most heating systems have good monitoring and alarm conditions,but due to the complexity of the operating conditions of the pipe network and the lack of accurate pipe network simulation models,simple and extensive local end equipment is still used for the heating heat load requirements of different users.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses the method of mixing mechanism and data to establish a high-precision pipe network system simulation model,and on this basis,an active operation control method based on the perspective of the whole network of the heating pipe network system is proposed.Compared with the current local individual adjustment mode,it can not only ensure the global thermal balance of each user,but also further reduce the power consumption of the pump in the operation of the system,and realize the intelligent and refined operation and regulation of the pipe network.This paper takes a district heating system in the Chengde area.Hebei Province as an example to carry out the research on pipe network model construction and operation regulation,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the mechanism and data hybrid driving method is used to establish a highprecision pipe network system model.Based on the graph theory method,the topology diagram of the heating system pipe network is constructed,and on the basis of establishing the mechanism model of the hydraulic working conditions of the heat network,the node method is used to solve the outlet temperature of the pipe section at each time,and the variable flow dynamic thermal model of the whole network is constructed through matrix theory.Considering that the oxidative corrosion of the pipe wall,impurity deposition and scaling occur during the operation of the heat network,the resistance characteristics of the pipe section will change with time,in order to obtain the accurate resistance characteristics of the pipe section at different times,the heating system operation big data is used to identify the parameters of the resistance coefficient in the model combined with the genetic optimization algorithm,and it is used for the pipe network operation simulation simulation,the results show that the relative error of calculating the flow rate is less than 1%compared with the actual heating operation data established by the model simulation result established by the mechanism and data mixing drive method.The relative error values of temperature and lag time at each thermal station were less than 1%.Secondly,a collaborative operation regulation method based on the above model is proposed from the perspective of the whole network of the heating system.According to the thermal characteristics of different types of users in the heating area,the established high-precision simulation model is used to carry out the active frequency conversion speed regulation of the circulating water pump under the principle of constant pressure difference between the end branch under the condition of heat network equilibrium,coordinate the valve opening command of the whole network,realize the refined control of the heating pipe network system,and reduce the heat consumption of the heating system and the power consumption of the circulating pump.Finally,taking a district heating system in the Chengde area as an example,the relevant data of January 3,2019 are selected for operation regulation and analysis,and the results show that the time-sharing on-demand heating of all public buildings in the area,and the unified regulation of the whole network by using the proposed operation regulation method,can make the energy saving rate of the pump reach 9.98%and the corresponding heating energy saving rate reach 55.11%under the condition of ensuring the balance of the heating pipe network system.
