Babaishang area is the design object,heating system in the region were comprehensively analied, First the form and characteristics of the direct supply system and the inter-system, were propoused the necessity of changing the direct supply system into the inter-system,was expanded the necessary guarantee for realizing the heating networks of the central heating system in Babaishang and the central heating system in Chengyin were provided.
