At present, analysis on system reliability is mostly concentrated on reinforced concrete structure, but less on pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid structure. Based on the theory and algorithm of system reliability, this paper presents researches on it as listed below.Take the parameters statistical method of reinforced concrete for reference, this paper gives practical structural resistance probability model and statistical values of parameters. The process of finite element modeling of continuous rigid structural bridge is put forwarded, and application of critical sections are determined and the possible failure models are also presented, several structural dominant failure modes are studied and summarized. Probabilistic methods are used on system reliability analysis, referred to load test results of different working conditions. In addition, reliability indexes are given. The system reliability indexes of pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid structural bridge are given, by means of PNET method. Take the target reliability of highway bridge structural given by regulations for reference, the structural target reliability is raised, which gives standards evaluation of system reliability evaluation of concrete continuous rigid structural bridge. The calculate flow block diagrams are given, too. Lastly, take a continuous rigid structural bridge for example, the practical analysis process is given.Take the method of system reliability and load test combined, a tentative research study in pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid structural bridge is presented. It is expected that the investigation results could give a reference to the further study of system reliability of bridge structure.
