With the larger number of prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge construction,many problems appeared in the process of bridge constrction and operation.The primary problem is the cracks caused by temperature stress.The temperature distribution of Prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge and the temperature effects of bridge have attracted attention of bridge experts and researchers at home and abroad.Combined a Prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge-Da Qinggou of Yong Bohuai highway,this paper discussed the temperature effects,the following is the major works:1.Based on heat transfer theory and solar physics,it is studied that temperature field of concrete girder bridge and three methods of analyzing temperature field.The three methods are theory of heat thansfer,approximate numerical value analysis,formula of partial experience and partial theory.All that are compared and analysed.2.It is studied that many heat physics indexes of concrete and the confirming method of concrete pouring temperature.It is analysed that temperature creep stress of concrete.3.Thinking the characteristic of different temperature,it is analysed that temperature stress of prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge construction.4.Building finite element calculation model,the model simulates the construction course of Da Qinggou bridge.We have collected temperature stress at different time and temperature. This paper analyse the difference between measured value and theory value on system temperature and temperature grads.There are some conclusion by this analysis.
