With the development of long-span cable-stayed bridge,the construction of the cable-stayed bridge's tower is put forward a higher request.As the connection between superstructure and pylon in the cable-stayed bridge,the cable-pylon anchorage zone which bears giant cable forces with complicated structure is a key part to structure design.Based on the cable-pylon anchorage zone of the Hongdao Channel Bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge which is under construction,making trial and theoretical analysis to the anchor steel plate structure which is the first designed in cable-pylon anchorage zone according to the situation.The content of this dissertation is as follows:In order to research the anchor steel plate structure type of the cable-pylon anchorage zone,we intercept the typical,most highly stressed section as the testing model and design with full-scale test model,determining the size and instituting the experimental planning. Testing model is loaded step by step in accordance with cable forces in completion state, cable forces in the composite effect of the worst load of the operational phase and 2.2 times the cable forces in completion state which include symmetrical,asymmetrical and cable broken conditions.Through data collection and analysis,we gain the steel displacement of the anchor steel plate structure type of the cable-pylon anchorage zone,as well as the stress of steel structure,concrete and PBL shear connector.On the basis of the plane and spatial finite element theory,we select the analysis software named ANSYS to analyze stress distribution of the steel anchor plate in detail,and get the structure of the steel anchor plate's theoretical results under different loading conditions.Compared results of the model test of the full-scale with that of FEM analysis,the results and experimental data show that:the model are subject to a good static performance at all levels in the test load conditions,the entire structure and components are safe and reliable, the whole components without damage and yield phenomena.The safety of the anchor structure of steel anchor plate is ensured,also the economy of that is good and practical.
