Still, to put the index into reality needs to solve several problems. Which is a arduous cause in the procedure of an AGC unit execute an secondary regulation actually the primary and the secondary regulation execute combined and the final executer of the act is the tap of the gas turbine(the fuel plant). These paper bases on the aimed curves of the secondary regulation of the units, with some regulation, pursue a method to get the power of the primary regulation.
