| At present,the accumulation of waste tires leading to"black pollution",has become the environmental problems around the world. The content that scrap tires into a fine powder and using in asphalt production of large quantities of scrap tires is an effective way to enable the waste valuable.This paper mainly aims at Nanjing's climate,the environment characteristic as well as the local material condition,carries on the synthesis to the rubber powder modified asphalt and the blend road with the performance the test and the analysis,the main purpose is promotes the waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt in path construction application and the development, and applies for the rubber industrialization in the road engineering,specially the surface layer rubber powder modified bituminous mixture application provides a technical support.In this paper, through the indoor test, 5 different preparation of Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt content, analysis of rubber powder content on properties of asphalt, test results show that the addition of rubber powder effective to improve the performance of the asphalt temperature, low temperature performance and elastic recovery performance, improved the temperature sensitivity of asphalt. Come integrated rubber powder content 20% -22% better.In order to appraise the pavement performance of rubber asphalt mixture, selects 3 kind of types asphalt mixtures to carry on the test, including the basic asphalt mixture, dense graded rubber asphalt mixture, gap graded rubber asphalt mixture.Through the wheel rut experiment, the low temperature bend test, immerse Marshall to experiment, the freezing and thawing split test, the cleavage endurance test, the young Liang bending gatigue experiment, appraised and has analyzed the different type blend high temperature stability, the low temperature crack resistance, the water stability and the fatigue resistance energy.The test result indicated that, gap graded rubber asphalt mixture have the best pavement performance. |
