This project was supported by Science and Technology Bureau of Zhengzhou City, it's the science and technology research project of Zhengzhou City in 2008 (NO.083SGYG24123-1). The world economics' fast development needs to consume a large amount of energy, which formed the contradiction with the fossil energy reserves's finiteness, energy question has becomed one of the most urgent problems in the world; Meanwhile,because of the environmental pollution and the greenhouse effect, people has been recognised the importance of environmental protection and put this problem on an unprecedented height, so these like CFCs had been strictly limited to use which could make destruction to the ozone layer and produce the greenhouse effect. To seek for the subsititute of the CFCs, the various countries's scientists has been put their high attentions. Because the ammonia water absorption refrigeration system can use the low-grade energy, simultaneously the working substance is ammonia which is friendly with the environment, neither destroys the ozone layer and nor produces the green house effect, so it gets the domestic and foreign researching scholar's high attention.we proposed the solar energy and bio-energy union absorption type refrigeration plan, which introduces the solar energy and the bio-energy in the refrigeration system. Using solar energy and bio-energy to drive refrigerator movement not only saved the energy effectively and expanded the utilizing area of solar energy and bio-energy, but also was advantageous to the environmental protection. The rural areas in country lack the electricity, but has the rich resources of solar energy and bio-energy. Promoting this solar energy bio-energy union absorption type refrigeration system in these areas not only can improve the local farmer's life quality, but also not increase the traditional type consumption, simultaneously is advantageous to the environmental protection. Without any doubts, this measurement will have the very bright prospect. The researching results and summarization are illustrated as following:(1) Due to the actual demands,this paper designed and processed a small aqua-ammonia absorption proliferation refrigerato(r100L,260W),the aqua-ammonia is used as the working coupple and the hydrogen is used as the auxiliary gas.According to experiments, the maximum COP of refrigeration equipment is about 0.39.(2) According to solar radiation characteristics and refrigeration unit requirements, I choose Solar collector and calculate the area of the collector.(3) According to the biomass combustion characteristics and refrigeration unit requirements, after identifying,designing and calculating the main design parameters and structure of biomass stove,I develop a biomass briquette combustion stove that meets the requirements.(4) After assemblying and optimizing the solar-biomass refrigeration system, I independent research and development the automatic control system which is capable of all-day, non-stop run automatically.I experiment on the refrigeration and analyse the influencing factors of COP to provide a reference for the system improvement.(5) After testing on the refrigeration system,I find the COP of this system is about 0.35 and its temperature can be obtained at low temperature below 0℃. The experiment shows the absorption refrigeation system of solar and biomass union can meet the production and living needs,especially is feasible about the technique.
