Using solar energy in refrigeration and air conditioning was not only a very promising area of research, but also a very popular point in the refrigeration industry technology study. Ammonia-water absorption-diffusion refrigeration system had the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, and it could be driven by low grade thermal energy operation. So if solar energy was applied to the system for refrigeration, it would produce huge market potential and meaningful environmental protection sense.This paper first introduced the solar circulating pipeline system with heat conduction oil as heat medium. Numerical simulations were conducted to the heat source circulation of two solar refrigeration system. The simulation verified the feasibility of heat conduction oil circulation system and analysis for different media and heating temperatures. The results show that: compared with water, because of the density difference,the velocity of the heat conduction oil as a circulating medium was greater than the velocity of the water,the velocity of the heat conduction oil was 4.82×10-2m/s, the heat transfer was increased by 33%.Through the simulation of the heat conduction oil at different temperatures, the result shows that the higher temperature is more favorable for cycle operation.Secondly, the use of the generator with lunate channel was designed, the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area were calculated.Circulation system of heat conduction oil pipeline was constructed. According to the resistance value and considering the solar refrigerator overall height, generator installation height of1550 mm was set to ensure maximum heat conduction oil cyclic dynamic enough.The loss of heat about the heating system was estimated as 60.56 W. Ultimately the power of heat conduction oil that could provide generator was determined about313.8W.Finally, a small solar collector was used to heat conduction oil for driving a refrigerator XCD-30.When the temperature of the solar energy collector reached160℃, the refrigeration unit was running and the operating power was about58W;when the solar energy collector temperature reached 170℃, the refrigeration unit produced the cooling effect, the heating power was 115 W, the starting time was34 min, the cooling temperature was 8℃; The prototype cooling capacity increasedwith input temperature,when the input temperature was190℃,the cooling capacity was max for 9.2W; The prototype of refrigeration coefficient increased with the input power.Through the research of the operating mechanism, the performance of diffusion absorption refrigeration system which driven by solar energy heating heat conduction oil was got.
