Company with the development of building industry, more and more big marble slab is in need.Diamond frame gang saw is the uppermost machine for manufacturing big marble slab. Currently, because most of the diamonds frame gang saw are all do the simulate design, what cause the configuration hulking, movement system is not smooth, technics parameter depends on experience. Stone industry needs more development to fulfilling the requirement in all society.According to the result of market research and referring to the mainstream of the mechanism, including principle analysis and sawing experimentation,we designed an advanced diamond frame gang saw, and lucubrated on this diamond frame gang saw, found its deficiency in configuration, did optimization design on this diamond frame gang saw facing to its deficiency.We adopted internationally advanced dynamic testing equipments to processing dynamic experiment test to the diamond frame gang saw, attaining the dynamic response frequency of the key parts of the diamond frame gang saw. According to the results of dynamic experiment, using finite element analysis software to process finite element modal analysis to the key parts of the diamond frame gang saw, attaining the correct method and model of processing finite element analysis to the key parts of the diamond frame gang saw. According to the correct finite element analysis method and model, processing finite element analysis and structural optimizing design to the key parts of diamond frame gang saw. Combined math method and finite element analysis method, we did innovation design to flywheel, result with a high capability, small dimension, low cost flywheel. Then we lucubrated on the guides, and did optimization design to the guides, after that the hydrostatic journal bearing worked more accurately and its configuration was more reasonable.After optimization design, we finish the new mashine. The quality of new diamond frame gang saw was abated seven tons,and its power was abated twenty kilowatt .the overall capability of the diamond frame gang saw was improved, configuration was more reasonable, the manufacturing cost and working cost was decreased to a low level, fulfilled the consumer, improved its market competitive ability, which was propitious to the development of diamond frame gang saw.
