A Priliminary Study On The Urban Green Space System Planning In Qingzhou City

The green space is the physical environment that the human needs in urban area. It plays an important role in safeguarding the urban ecological balance and improving the urban ecological environment. The urban green space is considered as one of the important factors which maintains sustainable developrnent of the city. Protection of bio-diversity in the world has been raised the wave of sustainable development strategy since the 1990s. The sustainable development strategy and urban bio-diversity porteceion has been paid attention by more people. The task of planning of urban green space is raising the natural attribute of city that will improve the city environment, natural and man-made environment should be designed as an ecosystem to make people and nature in harmony.Qingzhou locates in the middle of Shandong Province, which is one of the nine ancient states in China and has abundant natural and cultural landscapes. Based on the methods of references analysis and site investigation, the urban green space system in Qingzhou is studied in the paper. It includes four chapters: In part 1, the research backgrounds, purpose, contents and methods are explained. Chapter 2, the forengn and domestic theories and practices on urban green space system planning are analyzed to find theoretical basis for the study. In chapter 3, relying on the breif introduction of Qingzhou'natural, cultural, social and economic conditions, the urban green space system status is studied and the advantages and disadvatages are made clear. In part 4, combined with the natural, cultural characterristics and the urban development, on the view of reginal and urban districts the urban green space system is studied. The planning targets and indexes system are provided. In the reginal level, the ecological patterm"two circles and three belts, three moutains and two waters"is formed. In the urban district level, a pattern of"one circle, five colum and four belts, seven parks"is constructed. In the meanwhile, the different green land types, the landscape tree ,bio-diversity and ancient trees planning are discussed in the paper.
