Considering the practical characteristic of airborne photo-electricity survey system, we established the positioning and guiding equation of the target by using the homogeneous coordinate conversion theory. On this basis, wrote simulation program of coordinate conversion error of airborne photo-electricity survey system by using Monte-Carlo method in Matlab, analyzed the effect of some parameters in airborne survey device on positioning result and guiding result by simulation. And then through the ground simulate experiment, we proved that homogeneous coordinate conversion are feasible in airborne photo-electricity tracking survey system, and the process of the establishing is correct. And finally, designed positioning and guiding system of the target. The analytical process and conclusions in this paper are necessary technical reserves for future development and improvement.
