Compressors are machines used everywhere for increasing gas pressure, usually called'general machinery', as they have wide range of types. Now, the needs of high quality compressors are still not satisfied. Research now usually focuses on high pressure and low flow rate compressors. The inner flow in centrifugal compressors is very complex, and affects compressor performance directly. So it's significance to research the inner flow with CFD software.In this paper, analyzed and summarized the traditional design technique, and used B-spline in shroud design. Based on GAMBIT and MATLAB, a parameterized programming software is developed for compressor design and rapid modeling. So decreased the time used in preliminary processing.Designed a compressor based the parameterized software, and analyzed its inner flow with numerical analysis software FLUENT. The research results show that there is large loss near shroud and blade's suction surface. In the meantime, results show that shroud shape and flow inlet angle affects flow performance seriously.A full CFD analysis of compressor models with different structure parameters in this paper. The results provide enough foundation for the following research of structure optimization design.
