| This article aims to find out the reasonable technology for discharge of ship ballast water through which shipyard and ship's owner can meet the requirements of International convention for the control and management of ships' ballast water and sediments, and choose discharge ballast water technics suit for our company. According to collecting and analyzing normal Technology for discharge of ship ballast water during shipbuilding and in accordance with rules of International convention for the control and management of ships' ballast water and sediments issued by IMO,and follow up the new technology for discharge of ships' ballast water; and analyse the equipments for ballast water approved by IMO.The paper makes the conclusion:1. To analyse some normal method of technology for discharge of ship ballast water during shipbuilding in accordance with rules of International convention for the control and management of ships' ballast water and sediments, issued by IMO, and follow up the new technology for discharge of ships'ballast water; and analyse the equipments for ballast water approved by IMO.2. To find the reasonable technology through which ship yard and ship owner can meet the requirements of International convention for discharge of ships'ballast water and sediments in near and long-dated future.3. To choose technology for discharge of ships'ballast water of 1700TEU, that is economy for our company.
